I am a fully qualified Australian GP, vocationally registered with the FRACGP and FARGP (Fellowship of Advanced Rural General Practice).

With years of experience as a family doctor, I've developed an inclination toward longer consultations and holding in-depth conversations to uncover the underlying causes of illness, lack of vitality, and dis-ease.

Many of my patients come to me seeking a range iof issues including chronic pain, anxiety, depression, insomnia, men's health issues, weight loss, neurodiversity challenges in children, and autoimmune conditions, especially when conventional treatments haven’t provided relief.

I take a holistic approach, considering the essential elements of a patient’s life, such as sleep, nutrition, exercise, relationships, mindfulness, purpose, and spirituality.

For most of us, the key to significant health improvements lies in consistently addressing these foundational aspects, rather than relying on costly tests or unproven therapies.
